Loose ripe pu'erh tea

  • Since the Tang Dynasty Pu'erh has been prized for both its distinctive taste and evident health benefits. Grown in Yunnan province along the ancient tea caravan route, and made according to a precise secret recipe, it is one of China's most illustrious, cultured and intriguing teas.

    Traditionally Pu'erh tea is enjoyed after a meal as it aids digestion. It also may increase energy levels and promote healthy heart functions. Helps improve digestion, whilst preventing constipation and enhances the immune system. Cleanses bad toxins and free radicals from the body.     1. Generally use 2-4g of loose-leaf tea, per 200ml (7oz) water.
    2. The water temperature for brewing green tea should be around 90º C.
    3. Pour the hot water over the tea leaves, and wait for about 2 minutes for infusion.
    4. Enjoy the great quality and taste of your tea. Could brew 3-4 times.
